Well Mr. Nicholasd started preschool and daycare this week full time as Stacy is back at work. She had to cut her maternity leave early as there was a staff resignation at her office. Nicholas had an awesome first day at preschool and the teacher said he was a quick learner and seem to catch on. His favorite thing was to run in the gym. She said we need to work on the concept of sharing but overall he is a wonderful little boy. He loves going to 'Bevies' for daycare and does not cry when Stacy leaves for the office. We are getting ready for baptism this weekend as we have 24 people coming for dinner. It should be fun for Nick to meet the rest of his cousins and Aunts/Uncles.

Living with a chatterbox!

Hello! We have had another whirlwind week with Nicholas. He is doing great and is constant movement and constant noise. He is always trying to talk or make sounds. He had tubes out in his ears yesterday and handled it well (better than Mommy). Today he is a little fussy but that is to be expected. We got the results of his cardiac testing and he does have a 3mm hole in his heart. We meet with the pediactric cardiologist on 10/4 to discuss options. We are anxious for him to get in a routine. Stacy starts back to work next week and Nick starts preschool and daycare. At first it may be confusing for him but he will get used to it. He has been to daycare and loves it there. We have to start getting the house fall cleaned as we have baptism next weekend! Busy! Busy! Busy!

Another Busy Week

Hey all! We are doing great. Nicholas is becoming one of the family more and more each day. Sometimes it feels like he has always been here. He loves being outside, playing with his siblings and kissing his mommy on the nose. He just laughs and laughs when he does it. In a few weeks he will be starting preschool so we went to the classroom this week. He loved it there and seem to warm up to the teacher. Today we visited the daycare for 1/2 hour and he liked it there as well. Tomorrow he is having a hearing test and Friday he has his cardiac tests done. The other two are back in school and it feels so good to have a routine. On Sunday we are going to a Twins game as a family which should be interesting to say the least. GO Twins!
